To your left will be a frame with 25 letters of the alphabet. It corresponds with the letter of the alphabet each school begins with. Schools like M.D. Collins and W.D. Mohammed are in the 'M' and 'W' sections, respectively.

Further work is in progress to add how far each team advanced in their tournament appearances. Berrien's page is somewhat of a prototype, though abbreviations will probably later be changed and actually explained.

The appearances only cover the those made by GHSA and GIAA teams. Neither the GIA nor the GISA have been adequately researched.

Each letter select page mention the amount of state tournament appearances made. The numbers reflect only the GHSA. That's why, for example, Tech High has only two appearances listed by its name. It made only two GHSA appearances (1926, 1927). The column marked "current school" also only reflects GHSA status. Riverside Military is alive and well, but not currently a member of the GHSA.
