The Tournament Teams: 11 How determined: 10 district winners and a "state-at-large" representative, Savannah. Champion: Savannah School Title: 4th (1st GHSA) Final Record: Coach: Notes: Savannah also won 1932's GIAA title. Some newspapers refer to them as the 11th district winner, though the 11th and 12th congressional districts ceased to exist after December 1931; Savannah was invited into the tourney.
