How determined: unknown
Champion: Haines Institute
School Title:
Final Record:
Coach:
Notes:
Other notes: This tournament is woefully incomplete. The first round jumps to the semifinals in the newspaper records and it is unknown what happened to several of these schools.
This was the 12th annual tournament hosted by Georgia State, now known as Savannah State. They were the nearest thing to an actual state champion, but other areas of the state still held on their tournaments, such as the Big Seven (which evolved into the GIA's Class AA), the SGAA and the Northwest Georgia Interscholastic Basketball Tournament.
* The Carver Highs are from Richmond Hill and Douglas, but it is unknown which is which.
