** Jumped to the GHSA in 1968.

Summer Hill of Cartersville was on an earlier copy of the district sheet with an ADA of 213, but apparently closed between drafts of the list.

ADA FOR EACH CLASSIFICATION (based on ADA figures on July 1, 1967):
AA: 450+
A: 200-449
B: 1-199

Between jumping to the GHSA and ceasing operations, 32 schools are gone from the 1966-68 list. This includes Ballard-Hudson, Center, Main, and Monitor who are included above but did not participate in the league in 1968-70. A full list of the schools missing is below.

Amazingly, the GIA did add one school to the list between 1966 and 1968 - Staley of Americus.

Impressive statistics are that the aggregate attendance based on the given ADAs for 1966-68 was 50,884; for 1968-70 it was 40,858 (both figures adjusted for the non-current schools that were on the list). Based on these given figures, the GIA lost 10,026 students in a period of two years.
