Year Minimum Foundation building program completed c. 1958. Randolph's building program built a new Randolph County Training in Cuthbert, a new Shellman Vocational and for a new building at Benevolence Elementary.

Year of total integration 1970. Henderson in Cuthbert became an elementary school. Shellman Vocational ceased being used.

Known high schools Henderson (Cuthbert) Shellman Vocational Randolph County Training (Cuthbert) Henderson became the new name for Randolph County Traiing on Nov. 13, 1963, in a huge ceremony. Shellman Vocational continues to be listed as a high school in the Georgia Educational Directory until 1969. Henderson continued as both a high school and elementary school through the 1969-70 term.
