Year Minimum Foundation building program completed c. 1958 Social Circle city, Monroe city and Walton County were three separate school systems during in the 1950s. Carver school, in Monroe city at the start of the decade, was transferred to Walton County. Carver was slated to get new classrooms during the building project. Good Hope-Peters and Social Circle Training got completely brand new schools. Social Circle Training was completed in 1958.

Year of total integration 1968 (Social Circle) and 1969 (Walton County). The decisions to completely integrate both came in mid-1968. Carver High was the last phase of the switch. After the Department of Health, Education and Welfare was not happy with plans submitted for Walton County and Social Circle city, they demanded them to amend it. This do-over, printed in the July 3, 1968 Walton Tribune, was accepted. In 1968, Social Circle city fully integrated, with Social Circle Training becoming Social Circle Elementary, housing grades 1-4. For Walton County, Good Hope-Peters and the Good Hope white school were immediately closed. On Aug. 14, the Walton Tribune added that while Carver would remain a high school for 1968-69, it would be the home of all special education students in the county. Monroe Area housed art, industrial art, and music and Carver High students in those classes would be bused there. Carver High was converted to a grades 7-8 junior high in 1969.

Known high schools Carver (Monroe) Good Hope-Peters Social Circle Training Good Hope-Peters and Social Circle Training never became 12-grades high schools, though both did compete against other schools in the Georgia Interscholastic Association in basketball. The 1957-58 Georgia School Directory listed Good Hope-Peters with 10 grades and Social Circle Training with 11. Most Georgia high schools transitioned in the 1950s from 11 to 12 grades. Whether either school was a full high school in the years before is unknown.
