Year Minimum Foundation building program completed
? for Waycross city; 1958 for Ware County

Reedsville, Center and Bailey Street schools in Waycross city all received additions. In the case of all three, that addition included a lunchroom. Center also added 13 classrooms, according to initial plans in the Nov. 20, 1952 Waycross Journal-Herald.

Post-building there were no African American schools in Ware County, with all in Waycross city.
