Year Minimum Foundation building program completed
1957.

All Black schools in Webster were consolidated into the new Ida S. Lowery. The Aug. 25, 1957 Stewart-Webster Journal said the 1957-58 term would start late, on Sept. 30, to allow for the completion of the building.

1970.

Ida S. Lowery is fully integrated with Webster County in 1970.

Lowery's building was repurposed in 1970 as Webster County Elementary, with grades 1-7.
